Indiana Law Update’s editor-in-chief is Ron Waicukauski. Ron is an experienced Indiana trial lawyer and former law professor and has since 2004, provided frequent updates on Indiana law at meetings of the Indianapolis Law Club. Podcasts of these presentations and the written handouts can be accessed through this blog.

Indiana Law Update’s other editor is Brad Catlin, an attorney with over ten years of experience in litigation and appellate practice. Brad is actively involved in complex civil litigation in a number of legal fields.

Other members of our firm will also contribute content to Indiana Law Update from time-to-time.

While there are many excellent legal blogs that can provide Indiana lawyers with information that can help them in their practice, none are designed to tell you both what has happened and why it matters. We will provide that information by both providing monthly overviews, access to Ron’s Indianapolis Law Club presentations, and regular, timely updates on recently issued opinions.
